KC cared for her mother Judy for years — navigating hospitals, paperwork, hard conversations, and the emotional weight that comes with it all. She knows firsthand how overwhelming and isolating this journey can feel.
Born from lived experience
After walking that path herself, KC founded Care Navigator to be the guide she wished she'd had. Her mission is simple: to ease your burden, help you understand the Canadian healthcare system, and make sure you and your family feel supported — not lost.
Based in Ontario, KC brings both professional expertise and deeply personal compassion to every family she works with.

Getting Started Is Simple
KC keeps things simple, low-pressure, and completely at your pace. Most families start with a free 30-minute call to talk through their situation and figure out what kind of support would help most.
Navigating Canadian Government Support
The Ontario healthcare and benefits system can feel like a maze. KC knows the pathways — and she'll walk alongside you.
Caregiver Amount (Federal)
A non-refundable tax credit for Canadians supporting a dependent with a physical or mental impairment. Many families miss this entirely.
Disability Tax Credit (DTC)
If your parent qualifies, the DTC can unlock thousands in credits — and open the door to the Registered Disability Savings Plan.
Ontario Home Care & CCAC
Publicly funded in-home support is available to many Ontarians — personal support workers, nursing visits, and more. KC helps you access it.
